PION Network Oracle

1. PION is an optimistic on-demand oracle that allows a consensus to agree on custom data from an API and return a verifiable on-chain signature.

2. This allows PIO to scale as many assets as possible, as prices are only used when needed in case of disagreement during defaults, closed markets, and expirations.

3. PION is fed by regulated price APIs passing through proxies to avoid blacklisting.
